Activating System Trace in the Content Manager OnDemand Admin Client to troubleshoot LDAP

Log in to the server you're trying to troubleshoot, then Right-Click on the server icon. Select 'Trace Parameters' from the pop-up menu.

Then, ensure the 'Activate System Trace' checkbox is selected, and enter the string "ALL=3,LDAP=15" into the text box to select full tracing for LDAP. Restart the server for the changes to take effect.

System Trace slows down your CMOD Server!! Don't forget to turn off the System Trace by un-selecting the 'Activate System Trace" checkbox, and restarting the CMOD Server.
