Start by logging into your IBM CMOD server with the Admin Client, then right-click on the server name and choose “System Parameters” and click the “Login Information” tab and clicking “Time Out In __ Minutes”.
You can reduce Concurrent License Usage ( and ARS0185E errors ) by enabling “Session Inactivity Time Out” feature. If the Time Out is already set, reducing this number further may help.
By enabling this option, users are logged out of Content Manager OnDemand, and licences are freed for other users - which keeps the number of concurrent users low.
