What were you doing?
Performing a query with an outdated IBM CMOD Client on a recently upgraded server. The Application Group on the new server is using the new database date format, and the old client doesn't know how to properly format a query for the more modern CMOD server version.
What happened?
The old client software wasn't aware of how to query a new data type, like the new date format introduced on Content Manager OnDemand v9.0.
Troubleshooting
Check the OnDemand System Log for the login associated with the error message. It will contain the version number of the client used to log in at the very end of the message.
