The OnDemand daemon, arssockd was NOT started, probably because the database wasn't available.
Troubleshooting
- Is the database engine up and running?
db2 start database manager
- Is the database activated?
db2 activate database archive
- Did you run db2ln as root to create the links to the DB2 libraries?
