Activating System Trace in the Content Manager OnDemand Admin Client to troubleshoot LDAP<br />

Log in to the server you're trying to troubleshoot, then Right-Click on the server icon. Select 'Trace Parameters' from the pop-up menu.<br />

Then, ensure the 'Activate System Trace' checkbox is selected, and enter the string "ALL=3,LDAP=15" into the text box to select full tracing for LDAP. Restart the server for the changes to take effect.<br />
