If you define a Date field in the Application Group (1), you can specify the date format to read from the document in the Application (2), but you must also define the field as a Date (not Date/Time!) field in the Folder field definition (3), and specify a different Display and Defaults formats (4) to be presented to end users.&lt;br /&gt;
