When the user has 'Custom Permissions' assigned for an Application Group ("AG"), the AG name appears in the 'Selected' pane.<br />
<br />
Permissions selected here will over-ride the System Administrator privilege for this user.<br />
<br />
In order to perform the 'arsadmin unload' command for this App Group, the 'Delete' Permission needs to be selected.<br />
<br />
Alternately, you can remove the custom permissions by selecting the Application Group in the 'Selected' pane, then clicking on the 'Remove' button to restore full administrator privileges to this user account.<br />
