== What were you doing? ==
A user was probably trying to retrieve a document from secondary storage.

== What happened? ==
The retrieval failed, because the object in the secondary storage couldn't be found.

== Troubleshooting ==
This error will likely require the assistance of your storage management team, or cloud storage provider. The document is not accessible to Content Manager OnDemand. Either OnDemand cannot access the secondary storage manager, or the data may have been deleted from storage.

Investigate as best you can, and provide any information or error messages to your storage management team.

This error often occurs when the storage policy in Spectrum Protect (formerly: Tivoli Storage Manager) differs from the Life of Data and Indexes setting in the IBM CMOD Application Group Storage Management tab.
